This project can vary in scope.  I will come on-site to lead this project either wholly or in-part, and work with key stakeholders to achieve the following outputs:  sales roles defined; competency model in place; functional and leadership competencies defined for all sales roles; a detailed career path/map developed and documented; development planning tool/model in place; 9-Box talent assessment model in place.

This project can vary in scope and depth.  I will come on-site to lead this project working closely with marketing, category management, and sales leadership to achieve the following outputs:  4P expectations are well defined, category vision and brand strategy is articulated in a simple and customer friendly way to serve as an anchor, placement strategy is clear, and the playbook is documented.
